Subscript, a billing and analytics platform for B2B SaaS finance teams, has secured $15 million in Series A funding, led by Pelion. This brings its total funding to $21 million, with previous backing from First Round Capital, Kapor Capital, Forum Ventures, and Fresco Capital.

Founded in 2021 by Sidharth Kakkar, Subscript is headquartered in San Francisco, California. The company plans to use the funding to expand its AI-powered automation and enhance its suite of financial software tailored for SaaS businesses.

Subscript simplifies complex revenue management, helping finance teams automate billing, revenue tracking, and analytics. Companies like Pave, AcuityMD, and EliseAI use Subscript to eliminate spreadsheets and disconnected systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

“Finance teams shouldn’t have to piece together spreadsheets and disconnected systems just to understand their revenue. Subscript gives them a single, intelligent platform to manage billing, revenue recognition, and insights, so they can operate with confidence, control, and clarity.”
Sidharth Kakkar, CEO of Subscript

With the fresh capital, Subscript is set to expand its AI-powered automation tools, reinforcing its position as a leader in financial automation for SaaS companies.
